Business Consultant

Objective
Leverage your financial experience to help agents understand the value of their agency and plan for their future. You will create and complete financial and business models that support the valuation and business planning activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete financial models to support the Fair Market Valuation Reports.
- Build charts and graphs from the data that our clients provide.
- Review documents, contracts, social media presence, and website to complete the information included in the report.
- Conduct research, review benchmark data, and become an expert in the independent insurance marketplace over time.
- Upload data for aggregation and analytics purposes.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and development of content.
- Follow the current consulting process, data collection & completion of our client engagements, and help refine the process as our engagements evolve.
- Deliver consulting services to AgencyFocus clients.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, required
- Minimum of five years working in a professional environment, required
- Desire to learn, grow, and consult with clients
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint and expert in Excel.

- High energy, optimistic, and self-driven with superb communication skills (written, speaking, video, presentations, and hosting)
